  1. Have shared it Dan. I have to say its a really tough time for at the moment but hats off to you for a picture that makes you forget everything except being lost in the music of Bob Marley . Fantastic job.

    1. Thanks Linda. It was actually painted using only Ivory Black, Titanium White and Asphaltum (brown). But the Ivory black does have a bit of a blue tinge when mixed with white.

  2. Shared – Awesome picture and I’ve already mentally placed it. You absolutely cannot have too much Bob Marley in life.

  3. Absolutely fantastic! I could only dream of being able to be that good! Have shared on FB and Twitter. I’d love to win this for my best mate – she is Bob Marley obsessed and would absolutely adore this!

  4. WOW fantastic! I could only dream of being able to be that good! Have shared on FB and Twitter. :o) fingers crossed xxxxx

  6. I have very happy memories of when my son went through a Bob Marley stage and was constantly stoned whilst having his music blaring from his room:)))

  7. Am a great fan of monochrome myself Dan (well in this case duachrome) it can sometimes capture character brilliantly without having to worry about skin tone. Lovely portrait, his music always reminds me of time spent in Thailand.

I shared it! I would love this because my boyfriend is a huge Bob Marley fan. He is very picky about any art,(so I can never surprise him) but I showed him your picture of Bob and he thinks it’s amazing!
